We had bought a giant cat tree that wouldn't fit in our car. 2 of the staff members offered to bring it to our house nearby at no charge (though we slipped them some money anyway). Such awesome customer service!
I had sworn off Lowe's after they pulled their funding from TLC's All-American Muslim, but I will say that I popped in there one day unsure of what exactly I needed for a project and the staff was knowledgeable and super friendly & put me in the right direction.
