Color Blindness
Color blindness tests are used to determine if a person has difficulty distinguishing colors. There are various types of color blindness tests, but the most common is the Ishihara color blindness test, which involves circles with different colored dots. Persons being tested must identify numbers or shapes hidden within dots. The Farnsworth-Munsell 100 Hue test and the D-15 test also use colored plates to assess color blindness.
