Dramatic Floorplan, Location is a bit country, on the city edge but quick freeway access to get to DIA, downtown, or North area, all about 20 minutes or less.Broomfield Westminster Northglenn and all of Thornton are not far at all. WIFI included but TV is HD local channels and DVD player. Large house with a fourth bed actually in the basement. The basement is NOT finished but fine for a teenager or someone who likes camping out. King Size bed in master, Queen Size bed and Two Twin Beds in other bedrooms, and Full Bed in Basement. Includes wireless internet and fully furnished including kitchen, linens and all that. Minimum stay is 2 months. Utility fee $150 per month to offset a portion of utiltiy costs. Nice views, moutains and wide open space behind!! Great place to stay for a while.
